Join Petra for her weekly Menopause Monday class designed to progressively build strength & balance. These classes are specially designed for during and after menopause with modifications suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
This month, you have the option to include use of hand weights and a Pilates resistance band, of your choice.
**Please note: it is not possible in these live online classes to give individualised support, so please take responsibility for your own health and physical wellbeing and practice with care. If you have a health condition such as osteoporosis, joint pain or symptoms such as hot flushes and headaches, please direct message Petra at the start of the class so that she can include specific modifications.
