Why Yoga for Strength ?

As oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone decline in menopause and post menopause, we lose muscle tone (atrophy), which can also affect our sense of balance and increase the risk of falls and fractures. We also need to focus on our cardiovascular heart health, weight management.
